For this session we welcome Dr. Jude Smith Rachele director of Abundant Sun, Jude is an expert of systemic culture change for increased diversity and inclusion, which she sees in a “global state of arrested development”. Her book ‘Dismantling Diversity Management’ emphasises the vital importance of ethical and values-driven leadership in “living out, not just spouting out, corporate values”.
